How long does shipping take to Cairo and other cities in Egypt?

We process orders within 2–3 business days, then ship via standard Egyptian postal service. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your scarf ships so you can follow its journey.

What's your return or exchange policy?

We want you to love your scarf. If the color or size isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange an exchange or discuss your options. Original packaging and condition matter, so please handle gently.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept local Egyptian bank transfers, cash on delivery, and popular digital wallets used in Egypt. Choose the method that's easiest for you at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

What if my scarf arrives damaged or the wrong size?

Please reach out right away with a photo. We take responsibility for damaged items and will send a replacement or arrange a refund. For sizing issues, we're happy to exchange for a different size at no extra cost.
